Please note: The processing time for BPSA applications is approx. 5 - 6 weeks.
Therefore, the application must be submitted at least 6 weeks before departure! 

Attention:
The STUBE funds for BPSA in 2024 have already been spent. STUBE is not able to approve any more applications in 2024. 
We can only consider applications for BPSAs taking place in 2025.
